    Pros +

    • Property right on a nice swimming beach with a pool on beach also. Atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. Massages on beach were good.
    • The beachfront view room was spacious and the beds and pillow were very comfy to our liking (maybe not to everyone). They even prepared a special surprise for my husband's birthday, one of the most elaborate floral arrangements I've seen.
    • Relaxed hotel with a lovely pool and ocean views. Staff were friendly and we had a nice view of the ocean from our room. Although breakfast options were limited, we enjoyed what was offered.

    Cons -

    • The beach should be more accessible- remove the grass between beach and hotel. Hot water did not work for nighttime showers (tried twice to take a shower at night and water was too cold). TV did not work properly and was frustrating to deal with. Restaurant shut down too early. Reception and rest of staff were gone from 9pm to morning. No room service.
    • The outdoor chairs on the terrace were not very comfortable and the bathroom has a sewage problem where it would smell a lot and had no proper ventilation (if we opened the window, a lot of mosquitoes would come in).
    • The air conditioning in our room broke the first night of our stay. We were moved to a cheaper room for a night as it took two days for them to fix the air conditioning, and we were not offered any compensation for the inconvenience. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The hot water to the shower was also inconsistent.

Supper friendly, beautiful resort.Extended my stay by 4 days. Great massage spot on premises.Restaurant on premises good. A few small road side restaurants right as you come out the door.

Staff was friendly and trying to be helpful, but there is nothing they can do with falling apart resort.

First time in my life, we had to check out after two nights (was meant to stay 5 nights ). You couldn’t sleep or relax because of unbelievable loud noise from the street. It’s like having motorbike with no exhaust inside of your room. Earplugs are not helping. Aircon sounds like a jet so that adds up to extreme noise. Little lizards are getting into your room through a drain and hole underneath them front door. After rain, you could not get into your bathroom because it smells like a slurry… I’m not exaggerating but it was the worst stay of my life..two days of constant headache ?

The staff were amazing and the property was in a great location half way along the beach. The sea was perfect for swimming with no rocky areas.

    Nothing to not like

Right by the beach, my villa was 20m away from the sea. Good restaurant with surprisingly low prices, very friendly staff and good massage

Room is a bit dark. I was working, and even though there was a desk, there was no light in the working area.

Just an amazing and relaxing week spent in a great hotel on the chilled island of Koh Lanta. Staff were great, so friendly and helpful.

Great location on a beautiful beach. Lovely quiet swimming pool with comfortable sunbeds. Beachfront restaurant with great food and fantastic sunsets! Plenty of restaurants a short walk along the beach.

Our room was close to the road so there was some traffic noise.

    8DavidPosted on: 3-18-2025

The room was good and on the beach. Pool was a nice bonus. Return visit which tells its own story

Maybe the bed was a bit hard but that is just a personal preference

We had a beachfront room which looked across the pool. The room was large with a front and back entrance. The breakfast was simple but good I had poached eggs and bacon each morning and a small pancake. Excellent food in the evening and happy hour from 4.30pm till 6.30pm - cocktails approx. £3 which were really good and a large Leo for £2.

    Everything was excellent!

    5DarrenPosted on: 3-14-2025

    Right on a lovely beach

Poor standard of accomodation. Noise from road and poor pillows and extra hard bed.

    8NeilPosted on: 3-13-2025

Staff were all friendly and helpful. We had Beach Front Suite which was large with a seating area at the front. Smart TV with access to streaming services if you desire (we didn’t!). Air Conditioning worked great and as the key to your room is an old style key it doesn’t go off when you leave the room. Shower was warm and powerful enough. Bed was firm but not a major issue for us compared to other people’s complaints on their reviews on this issue. Perhaps we have a more firmer bed at home! We slept pretty good. Safe was large to store your valuables. Drinking water topped up daily. Large fridge was cold to store your drinks/water bought at the local shop. Breakfast was buffet style with option to order eggs however you wished them to be cooked. There was enough choice at breakfast for sure and it was tasty. Food at the restaurant in the evening was good too. Happy hour for drinks is 4:30-6:30pm so we took advantage of a nice drink or two and watched the sunset from the bar overlooking the beach directly. Stunning sunsets! Pool was a good enough size for the resort and directly overlooked the beach. There’s enough sun-beds and parasols around the pool to serve half of the guests with more sun chairs with parasols on the beach literally a matter of a few seconds walk away that are for resort guests only. We used both but preferred the beach chairs as there was more flexibility to move them around more and find more shade than around the pool we felt. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again. We felt it was pretty good value for money.

From the roadside the resort doesn’t look very nice so may not encourage people in to have a drink or meal at the restaurant/bar which is a shame as the setting is great as was the food. It just looks like a concrete wall. If it was cleaned up a little and painted it would look so much better. This suggestion could also be carried forward to include the outside of the accommodation rooms. We wouldn’t suggest bright colours but a colour that would be more pleasant to see than dull concrete type walls/buildings. Also the windows in our bathroom were not all frosted so we could see the bare concrete walls when in there. If they were all frosted it would at least hide the dull concrete walls! Lighting in the rooms was somewhat inadequate. It needs 1 decent light in the bedroom and bathroom in our opinion. Some of the grouting in the pool could do with redoing but there were not any missing tiles.

Staff were lovely. Room looked lovely on first sight, but there were issues. The beach was beautiful and clean. It wasn't busy at all. You could take your pick at night of the little bars and restaurants. Very chilled. Pool area lovely looking. Not a massive choice at breakfast, but the cooked eggs/bacon etc was good. Lovely view from the seating area.

The bed was uncomfortable. Like sleeping on a wooden rack. I asked for a mattress topper, which helped a bit. Lighting was poor and nowhere to do hair or make up. Had to sit on bed and stand in front of fridge to dry hair. Shower was smelly with a drain smell. We had a storm whilst there and the bar charged us 60baht for two small bottles of water which was obscene, as they are 7 baht in the shop. We never bought anything after that. On the final night, the bar next door had a band on until 3am. It was incredibly loud.We paid more for this beach room and I felt disappointed. It was very noisy from the main road. Difficult to get a sunbed, as there weren't many. We mainly sat on chairs on the beach. The location makes it, but sadly the hotel was not somewhere we would return to

Very relaxing place. Nice pool. Friendly staff. Right on the beach

Breakfast was no good. Same every day

    6SimonPosted on: 2-26-2025

Location was right on the beach with cute restaurants around. And the beach is really big, quiet and beautiful. The breakfast was okay.. few options though and only filter coffee.

The rooms are right next to the main road, so it’s extremely noisy at night and in the morning. The rooms are in definite need of an update, TV didn’t work, rails for toilet paper and towels were falling off the wall. The bed was very very hard.

    8GuidoPosted on: 2-23-2025

The location at the beach is superb, the rooms are large and comfortable with beach view. Breakfast is OK, not as much choice though as in other hotels of this price class

Apart from the fantastic beach, there is not a lot to do on Koh Lanta, one needs transport. There is no Grab, open pick-up trucks are relatively expensive on this island. There is basically one road at the coast side with little businesses both for locals and tourists.

    10TonyPosted on: 2-19-2025

Location, super friendly and helpful staff, lovely pool area and comfortable sun beds, lots of comfortable deck chairs in the shade and on the beach, spacious room. Basically everything.

    7MoonPosted on: 2-13-2025

There were plenty of deckchairs and shade between the pool and the sea. Lovely clean beach, mostly tranquil, and great swimming.

A fairly busy road behind the hotel resulting in some traffic noise in my room (102), but it wasn’t a big deal.
